Introduction and Acceptance

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) jill8 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any bonuses and pending withdrawals.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including:

Deposits:

Intellectual Property

jill8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jill8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The following circumstances, among others, are expressly excluded from jill8's liability:

• Failure of your device, internet connection, or browser software
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors (including GCash, BDO, BPI, and other banking partners)
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and government actions
• Losses arising from your own failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law

Account Suspension and Termination

jill8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated time frame
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age or is subject to a regulatory exclusion
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds, free spin winnings, or outstanding promotional balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in the account after legitimate funds have been verified will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable legal holds and AML checks.
